North Wildwood - Very crowded island this past Memorial Day weekend but parking is a problem. In NWW, cars parked passed the amber lines, boats on trailers taking up parking, etc.. If the city of NWW has ordinances why aren't they enforced? Better yet, is it the police that enforce the ordinances or code enforcement? Seems as if the enforcers are not doing their job.
