North Wildwood - There is a pick-up truck that has been broken down for the last four weeks, loaded to the top with junk on 23rd Street. The code enforcer seems to have no interest in having this removed, even though oil is leaking into the street and junk is piling up alongside the house it is parked in front of. It's not a good look for beautiful North Wildwood.
