North Wildwood - Thanks to the NWW Mayor for constructing the bulkhead along JFK Blvd. after the most recent storm and without the bulkhead, JFK would have been a part of a new beach in NWW. The DEP is clueless in terms of what needs to be done to mitigate the problem.
