North Wildwood - The spouter who claims Marina Bay Towers is costing the city money is not very aware of the situation. North Wildwood assessed the building for taxes and got a bum rap. They are appealing that and if they win, the extra tax money will benefit, not cost. As for inspectors, they are from the state and done for all senior buildings, and paid by them. Sorry if some seniors fell asleep cooking and we got a false alarm or two. Most of the alarms here are for flooding in the building. Lawsuits from the tenants are state paid because of senior abuse.
