North Wildwood - Something to think about and compare: The combined number of Department of Public Works employees for the three towns of NW, WW and WWC is over 300 F/T employees. We are a small island that is no more than 5 miles long and a half mile wide in certain areas. Yet my hometown in Mercer county is 28,000 square miles and a population of 29,000 yet we only have 130 employees for our public works department.
