North Wildwood - The so-called "Recycling Center" on Oak Avenue in Anglesea is an absolute disgrace. I have attempted to contact the EPA but still nothing is done about this dumping ground. Huge dumpsters piled high with garbage and to boot they are not even covered. The smell, rodents and safety issues of having such a thing in a residential area bewilder me. I agree with the ordinance stating that all trash containers must be covered or you will be ticketed. However, the city doesn't even abide by the ordinance.
