North Wildwood - On several occasions, while walking along the North Wildwood seawall I have come across dog doo on the cement wall. This is absolutely disgusting. How would they like to be walking along and have to avoid getting this on their sneakers? Can anything be done to stop dogs from being allowed on the wall?
