North Wildwood - The seawall in North Wildwood is amazing, but can we ban dogs and strollers? The dogs are all over the place, and many owners don't clean up their mess! Strollers are another story... the parents run, and sometimes it is very tight. One of these days, a strollers is going to go over the wall. I worry about the safety of the babies! We need to ban strollers, just like bikes and skateboards.
