As a retired firefighter I do agree with the NW Mayor and the Fi

North Wildwood - As a retired firefighter I do agree with the NW Mayor and the Fire Inspector about disbanding the paid Fire Dept. and giving it to Wildwood Fire. The are more experience and capable to handle it and they are here all the time anyway. Or we already have 2 volunteer Fire Dept's in town anyway. Plus we would have better service from Atlanticare ambulances. They could take over the Fire dept building and keep the Paramedics there. Now we would have the Paramedics on the Island year round.
