North Wildwood - In response to the Spout Off about the sheriff's so-called political comments at the NW Elks Veterans Day event. The statement was completely inaccurate. The sheriff was explaining how sanctuary cities are dangerous to law-abiding citizens. Sanctuary cities benefit and protect illegal alien criminals and prevent law enforcement agencies from executing their oath of office. As a Vietnam Army veteran, I respect law enforcement officials who want to uphold their oath of office, and not release illegal criminals back into society.
