Residents of NWW, call various departments with issues/concerns

North Wildwood - Residents of NWW, call various departments with issues/concerns within their neighborhood and get no where. Example would be construction going on and have problems with starting work before 8am, music very loud, construction vehicles blocking Spruce Ave., or parking work vehicles on another street and cutting through residents yards. It really does matter that all the above know the correct person . But, if you an average joe, won't get the same. Change is good
