North Wildwood - Regarding tents on the beach, Wildwood and Wildwood Crest do have very large beaches. However, North Wildwood beaches have changed and many of them are much smaller, particularly at high tide. That said, I do not have a problem with the tents themselves for protection from the sun. I do, however, have a problem with those who erect a very large tent, or multiple tents and do not sit under it. They use them for coolers, radios, wagons, beach equipment, etc., while others are looking for a space on a crowded beach for their beach chair or blanket.
