North Wildwood - Regarding food stamps, it is hard to watch sometimes if you're working two or more jobs. I was having my taxes done last year and I heard the tax professional tell a person they were getting a refund even though they were on welfare and food stamps. I can't remember the last time I got a refund. I always pay.
