North Wildwood - Regarding this comment about changing the name of North Wildwood, "It would provide us with a personal identity needed to market and improve property values that have long been undervalued as part of the greater Wildwood community:" If you lived in NW long enough you saw your property values and assessments skyrocket in 2008 along with your tax bill. Values have nothing to do with a name and it's all about location and market valuation cycles which you cannot change. As they say, by putting lipstick on a pig at the end of the day, it's still a pig.
