North Wildwood - RE: The Wildwood comment on where did pickleball originate. One would think from all the comments/rants from the 7-Mile Island that it originated there. Basically, the game is for 50-year-olds and up that still want to be competitive but cannot play a full court game of tennis. The ultimate group would consist of Ivy League graduates, drive Beemers, Land Rovers or Volvos. Typically, from the Main Line of Philadelphia or the suburbs of NYC or DC. Not to worry Wildwoods, folks like that don't come to our part of the shore. Our tennis courts are safe.
