North Wildwood - Re: the spout on the weeds growing on Surf Ave. outside Margaret Mace School, if the people parking cars in those spots for weeks at a time while they are on vacation because the spots are free would leave about a foot of clearance between the curb and the car, instead of overhanging the sidewalk, there would be no weeds. Instead of complaints of weeds, there would be complaints of grass, mud, and dents in the car parked there.
