"With plans to install water lines for showers at locations alon

North Wildwood - "With plans to install water lines for showers at locations along Surf Avenue in 2017, North Wildwood continues to improve amenities for the public." I appreciate the city adding showers for the public which should have been done decades ago but why place them on Surf Ave? I think along the beach where one enters and exits is more appropriate.
