North Wildwood - A pier in north wildwood has a problem with crowds of teens hanging under. It and drinking alcohol. They party and leave trash and beer cans everywhere. Is this pier the new party pier. This is where the trouble hot spot starts when teens around day or night! They need poilce to patrol every half hour under that pier which has rooms to hide in and behind it. There should be cameras installed as well as fencing to keep them out!
