A person on 4th Avenue is causing severe problems for neighbors

North Wildwood - A person on 4th Avenue is causing severe problems for neighbors by feeding wild animals. Pigeons roost on neighboring roofs. Their droppings are left on decks, furniture, vehicles, and in pools. Squirrels are digging up plants to bury peanuts. Skunks are roaming the area. We need the town's help, as talking with the property owners has done no good.
