North Wildwood - One doesn't see many shopping carts leaving the Super Fresh parking lot because most residents drive to the store, and yes, most people know it's illegal to take them from the parking lot. So when one sees adults leaving the parking lot with a shopping cart full of groceries, not only does this stand out as odd, but prompts one to ask questions. I take it as an opportunity to help someone. The local police take it as an opportunity to write a ticket instead of helping. This is just like the service dog boardwalk ticket incident, so the police still need training in how to serve the public.
