North Wildwood - Once again, it took 2.5 hours after the rain stopped Sept. 18 to get to my home and family. It was low tide. Yes, there was a huge downpour and all of the streets were flooded. But, after about an hour, the rest of the island was clear and passable. Leaves and debris covered the drains Sept. 19. The west side of town, where locals live, needs to be taken better care of.
