NW Humvees: Okay, so the Humvees are more for Winter patrolling

North Wildwood - NW Humvees: Okay, so the Humvees are more for Winter patrolling in snow instead of patrolling the beach in the Summer; not sure why the city acquired convertibles then. It's still a waste of taxpayer money for the upkeep since the eight 4x4 pick-up trucks used by the beach patrol in the Summer are not used in the Winter. They could have been used by the police instead of acquiring Humvees. This is a perfect example of how government does not know how to do more with what currently exists.
