North Wildwood - Now that summer is over, all the teens who got drunk and high every night will need to go to rehab.I have never seen so many teens openly drunk and high right in front of the police that didn't appear to care if these kids died from an overdose.The girls were actually worse than the boys. What I wish, is that the police would have followed these kids to find out who they were getting drugs and alcohol from and arrest them.
