North Wildwood Court system is not working.

North Wildwood - North Wildwood Court system is not working. My stuff was vandalized, so the judge ordered the person to give me restitution and pay the criminal charges. When I call and ask why I haven't received any money back, they say to WAIT and look in the mail. ITS BEEN A YEAR and they've done nothing to help me and even wasted my time going to court 4x for them to just go over the same thing every single time. What a mess.
