North Wildwood - The noise ordinance doesn't go into effect until 10 p.m., but must the house on Delaware Ave. between 16th and 17th streets constantly blast their music for all to hear? Why do I have to turn up the volume on my TV? Why does the whole neighborhood have to share your taste in music? It's almost as if you're doing it to be spiteful.
