North Wildwood - My wife and I were on the boardwalk July 2 at 11 a.m. when the announcement to stop for the playing of the national anthem was announced. We were standing outside an establishment near Lincoln Avenue. As we stood with hands on heart saluting our country, the business blared music that virtually drowned out the Star Spangled Banner. Why don't the Wildwoods have an ordinance that businesses stop their music for those few short moments saluting the country that they have the privilege of conducting business in?
