My property and my neighbor's property with front lawn grass hav

North Wildwood - My property and my neighbor's property with front lawn grass have dog poop from some winter resident's dogs. Is it possible for the NW Police to monitor this in the morning hours when dogs get their morning walk and the owners do not pick up after them? I hate to point at my neighbors, but they have been caught not picking up after their dog this past summer.
