North Wildwood - My elderly mother is handicapped, she is unable to walk and needs assistance to go shopping. She needs my father to help her with her wheelchair and doing simple tasks. My dad knows the difficulty of being handicapped and will not use reserved parking if she isn't with him. Today with my kids and I saw 3 different people who appeared to be healthy, parking in handicapped spaces. They are closer, and they can get inside faster but, where will the next person park? It will be too difficult to penalize those who use reserved parking. So getting a parking permit should be harder and more daunting
