North Wildwood - Memorial Day weekend was out of control with underage drinking, use of marijuana, and public urination. I overheard kids saying the police can't stop us because we outnumber them. North Wildwood Police need a plan for next year, as this was the worst Memorial Day weekend in 16 years. Have security at every beach entrance and check coolers and backpacks. All summer long there are police riding the beach except this weekend when it's needed most.
