North Wildwood - On May 21 at 10 p.m. FOX (TV 29) in Philadelphia was broadcasting the news. The guy said that FOX was sorry. On an earlier news broadcast, they gave out the wrong lottery winning numbers. He did say that they were sorry. I guess that counts for something. Did you ever see someone check their ticket and then tear the ticket up and throw it away? I have seen this happen many times.
