North Wildwood - Math was never my favorite subject in high school or college. I know one thing though. If you are the City of North Wildwood and buy a lot for $500,000.00 and sell it to a builder for $468,777.00 you have lost tax payer money. The lot is listed on the tax map as being a 100 foot by 100 foot parcel. I hope the city sub-divided it into two 50 foot lots. If not, when is the next city sale? The builder is constructing a duplex on the lot and has one side listed for $949,000.00. A pretty good deal if you ask me.
