North Wildwood - Marina Bay Towers is outsmarting us at the expense of our senior citizens. If they can get the occupancy low enough by not doing repairs, they will then convert to condos and sell them. The building was built with lots of government money and now a disgraceful profit will be sucked out of this building. Check New York, this is done all of the time; slumlords getting rich at the expense of others. Maybe we need a New York lawyer to fight them. We should declare this building to always be subsidized senior housing. A reasonable profit can be made if the building is run correctly.
