It's a real shame that the Catholic Elementary School at 15th St

North Wildwood - It's a real shame that the Catholic Elementary School at 15th Street has a "playground" that is an uneven mud lot, and a few broken toys for the children to play with. When it rains, the lot floods and trash clings to the fence. A safe playground is apparently unattainable or not valued.
