North Wildwood - It is appalling the abuse of the handicapped-parking placards so far this summer. I watched a second homeowner park his truck in a handicapped spot, then walk to his home a half block away, which has a driveway and side yard that could be used for parking. Better yet, park in a regular spot and leave the handicapped spot open for a person who really needs it.
