It is amazing that the City of North Wildwood still has not fill

North Wildwood - It is amazing that the City of North Wildwood still has not filled the position of superintendent of public works or a supervisor. For now, public works is being overseen by a retired police chief who has had several jobs since retiring. How is that even allowed? Basically, the city, or rather the taxpayers, are paying this individual again for another job that should go to someone who is qualified and needs the job along with salary that is being paid to the retired cop.
