North Wildwood - The Irish Festival in North Wildwood was several weeks ago. Why, then were there still bread trays Oct. 2 at Moore's lot? If that was left out front of a home, the code enforcer would have issued a summons. Seems like the city has a double standard. Maybe all the trays should just stay there 'til next Irish Festival.
