I'd like to see North Wildwood lift the no dogs allowed on beach

North Wildwood - I'd like to see North Wildwood lift the no dogs allowed on beaches during the summer to allowing dogs in the a.m. prior to 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. Residents don't like dogs even smelling their lawns. I enjoy walking my dog on the beach really early and late also. I don't think allowing dogs on the beach during lifeguard hours is wise. Not only for the heat but just for the amount of people out and about. I see no problem allowing dogs before 9 a.m. or even before ... as a limitation ... on beaches.
