North Wildwood - I wonder if Wildwood requires bicycles to have no lights, instead of having them. At night, we encountered hundreds of bicycles riding every which way, and on sidewalks, and not one bicycle had any lighting at all. Human figures haphazardly negotiated dark streets, and we could barely make out any pedestrian signs. It was like an obstacle course. Either close off busy streets to traffic, or get some lights. Better yet, enforce the law.
