I was shocked by how bad it was along the seawall in North Wildw

North Wildwood - I was shocked by how bad it was along the seawall in North Wildwood over Memorial Day Weekend. There was out-of-control drinking by underage children right out in the open, loose dogs on the beach and seawall, and people fishing on the rocks at 2nd Ave. and Kennedy Blvd., with three signs stating keep off, fines. I was up on the seawall four days in a row, and I never saw any North Wildwood Police around doing anything to enforce any of this. They only seemed to be giving tickets for parking meters. Is this the future for North Wildwood this summer?
