North Wildwood - I was on the Boardwalk on a Friday night and people were smoking right in front of two North Wildwood cops. At the same time, two children almost hit me with their bikes and almost fell right in front of the cops. I thought the police were the ones who should be enforcing the rules on the Boardwalk. Instead, we have six cops standing talking about where they're going later and talking to the young girls.
