North Wildwood - I understand the county needs to build a new prison or expand the current building but $30+ million is a lot of bonding for a county with a below state average median income. If we can eliminate the open space tax in order to absorb the cost of the new prison tax for bonds, then that would be a good compromise for us middle-class households who can barely continue owning a home in Cape May County. It's time to keep the tax rate steady. Remember, we are supposed to be conservative Republicans.
