North Wildwood - I think a Lower Township spouter is confused between dedication and what's required by law. I agree that most teachers, custodians and bus drivers are dedicated employees who enjoy their work and show up every day, but all public employees must work regardless if they have a contract or if the contract is expired simply because it's the law.
