North Wildwood - I think that $9 million is way over the true price of the Ocean City car dealership the town wants to buy from the owner. I feel that the taxpayers deserve better fiscal management from the elected officials. Are they going to the state and requesting Open Space funding? And if no, then why? The property owner will not auction the property because he knows he will get much less than $9 million. Definitely something the taxpayers should think about.
