North Wildwood - I suggest if the government shuts down that you should cancel your doctor appointments unless you can pay out of pocket for your medicare/medicaid doctor bills because your medicare is part of this shut down along with your social security payments. Doctors and hospitals don't care about the reason they want to be paid.
