North Wildwood - I see that the U.S. attorney has convicted a North Jersey man for mortgage fraud. Why haven't the Wildwood realtors, title clerks and lawyers been tried? One group was to go to trial in February 2014. These people are the reason properties are inflated on our island and that people who have to sell are stuck, when their criminal acts yielded monetary gains. These people are still involved with selling and closing on properties and are making additional monies, when their licenses should have been revoked a long time ago. Is the U.S. letting them work to help them pay off their fines?
