North Wildwood - I saw a dog in an establishment the afternoon of Oct. 8 held in the arms of a lady and man. It was a small dog, not a service dog or a seeing eye dog. There was no yellow jacket on the dog. Keep dogs home. If your dog relieves itself, that fecal matter and urine are spreading germs to my family members!
