North Wildwood - I really hope that North Wildwood doesn't decide to create a stormwater utility and take advantage of a rain tax. Our island does not feed any fresh water tributaries with storm water, only the Atlantic ocean. I know we have flooding issues on the island, no different than any other island around the world but we have had flooding issues for over 100 years and we managed to survive OK.
