I read online where the City of North Wildwood reported they had

North Wildwood - I read online where the City of North Wildwood reported they had collected 38 pounds of cigarette butts. Why is that newsworthy? How about if the city enforced the recyclables that are thrown in with trash? I bet the city would get more than 38 pounds worth of recyclables. If so, doesn't that go as a credit when taken to the transfer station? Maybe another solution would be enforcing the ordinances on the beach.
