North Wildwood - I read about the mayors' luncheon and each mayor made a comment about each municipality. North Wildwood mayor stated that he spoke to residents about the increase in taxes for self funding and was quoted saying residents would rather pay more. What residents did he speak to?

A Herald article stated, "According to Rosenello, residents have told him they would rather pay 'a little more now' than see the city pay more for borrowed funds." The soundest financing principles point toward avoiding borrowing where possible. Rosenello is following this line of thinking.
