North Wildwood - I purchased a brand new home in N. Wildwood (Anglesea) for what I consider to be a good deal of money. What ever happened to quality workmanship? I know I did not have to make the purchase but the view is fabulous. Do inspectors actually look at the house or take the builder's word? Of the 3.5 baths, two leaked so bad that a painter was required to make repairs, then the roof leaked, exhaust fans not connected, the list goes on. Contractors, take pride in your work, don't think because you can't see poor work that some retired person will not find the problems and hold you accountable.
